Essential Body Skills for Tango

Body awareness, alignment, balance, weight transfer, free range of movement, pivots and spirals—such skills dictate the progress of your tango learning. In this class we’ll focus on improving yourskills and apply them to your tango technique to improve all aspects of your dance. This class will also help you avoid injury and get more out of all your tango classes. Be ready for focused work (and play) with mind and body!
Creativity and Comfort through Connection

A delicious connection between partners opens space for a creative conversation in the dance. In this series you'll develop that communication system and explore the new possibilities. Followers will discover enhanced self-expression and leaders will learn how the connection helps improvisation and makes for elegant, engaged partnering.
