The Alexander Technique for a Happier Body

In this introductory workshop youll learn the principles of the Alexander Techniqueand how they can be applied to any activity to reduce tension or pain. Anyone who's professional or recreational activities, or even just everyday chores, have been compromised by injury or discomfort can benefit. The Alexander Technique is successfully used to improve back, neck, and shoulder pain; knee and hip problems; and repetitive stress injuries. The Technique has been taught for over a century and is taught in performing arts programs across the US and internationally to help students avoid injury and improve performance.

Limited to 5 participants so that everyone gets hands-on experience.
