BEGINNER A, 7:00 - 8:15
For complete beginners with no dance or tango experience. You will be introduced to the fundamental technique and figures of Argentine tango as it is dance socially. You'll also learn about the lively culture and community that thrives around dancing tango, and learn the customs that you'll encounter when you start dancing socially.
Musicality, connection, and partnering will be emphasized with all concepts and steps.  

BEGINNER B, 8:30 - 9:45
In the Beginner B and C classes, we will continue to refine basic technique as you start to develop a vocabulary of material and learn how to improvise. Topics included, but not limited to: Dancing in open and close embrace, ochos, la cruzada, the molinete, and an Introduction to milonga and tang vals.
As always, musicality, connection, and partnering will be emphasized with all concepts and steps.
